Apply once. Every funder in our network whose criteria you fit prices the same file, and you compare the offers by email. Your number does not get sold.
Equipment that is in use in your business by December 31 may be deducted this year under Section 179, up to $2,560,000 for 2026, subject to your taxable income and the other limits in the rule. The deduction begins to phase out once a business places more than $4,090,000 of equipment in service in the year.
Financing does not change that. The deduction follows tax ownership and the date the equipment goes to work, and the date you finish paying for it has no bearing. A $1 buyout or capital lease is treated as a purchase for tax purposes and is Section 179 eligible. A true operating lease is not.
A deduction reduces taxable income. It is worth your marginal rate on that income, never the full purchase price.
Say what the equipment is and what it costs. Every funder you fit prices the file.

Not on the list? Most equipment a business uses to make money can be financed the same way, from the same application.
ONE APOLLO ships its own brands from its own warehouse in Santa Ana, on racking we bought, with a hand truck that gets used every day.
ONE APOLLO Capital is the funding side of the same company. We are a broker, paid by the funder on deals that fund, never by you.
Lead times on equipment run weeks, and the deduction follows the date the equipment is in use. The order date does not count. Apply today and you have an estimate on screen in minutes, then real offers to compare, with time left for delivery.
Apply now →No. Section 179 follows tax ownership and the placed in service date. Cash paid has no part in it. Equipment you finance and equipment you pay cash for are treated the same, subject to the limits above. Your CPA can run your numbers.
It depends on the structure. A $1 buyout or capital lease is treated as a purchase for tax purposes and is Section 179 eligible. A true operating lease is not. Ask which one you are being offered before you compare on payment alone.
Tangible property used in the business. Machines, vehicles, furniture, computers, and off-the-shelf software all fall in. Land and most buildings do not. Some building systems, such as HVAC, roofs, fire protection, and security systems on nonresidential property, have their own rule under Section 179.
Often. Equipment financing usually uses the equipment itself, which is what keeps these structures accessible for newer businesses. The application tells us which paths are open to your file.
Yes, once. After you pick your offers we call to confirm your details before anything goes to a lender. Nobody who applies here gets a sales call or a cold call, and your number is not sold. When a deal funds, the funder may call to confirm a few details.
By the funder, on deals that fund. You never pay us. The full disclosure is in the terms linked at the bottom of this page.
ONE APOLLO Capital is a commercial finance brokerage. We are not a CPA firm, and we are not a law firm or a tax advisor. Nothing on this page is tax, legal, or accounting advice. This page explains general federal tax concepts as we understand them as of November 2026. Your actual tax treatment depends on your business, your taxable income, the timing of when the equipment is placed in service, your business use percentage, your state's conformity rules, and current IRS guidance, all of which vary and change. State treatment frequently differs from federal treatment. We do not promise that you will qualify for any deduction, credit, or tax benefit. Any figures shown are illustrative estimates based on stated assumptions that may not apply to you. Using this page or contacting us does not create a CPA client, attorney client, advisor client, or fiduciary relationship. Always confirm your specific situation with your own CPA or tax professional before making a financing or purchasing decision based on tax considerations.
