These terms govern your use of oneapollocapital.com and our financing referral service. They say what we do, what we do not do, and what we ask of you. No surprises buried in section nine.
By using oneapollocapital.com, submitting an application, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.
ONE APOLLO Capital is a financing referral service and a ONE APOLLO brand. We are a broker. We arrange business financing through third party funding sources. We are not a direct lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee funding. All offers, amounts, rates, and terms are determined by the funding provider and are subject to their approval and underwriting.
The financing we arrange is for business purposes only. We do not offer consumer loans, and nothing on this site is an offer of consumer credit.
When you apply, we may show you an instant estimate of the funding ranges, costs, and terms your profile matches with. An estimate is not an offer and not an approval. It is built from existing lender calculations, and lenders may change their rates and underwriting standards at any time, so use those numbers as a reference point only. Final amounts, terms, and pricing are set at underwriting after your file is verified. Some pricing sits outside the ranges we display; before any offer in that range, we review your file manually first.
You must be at least 18 years old, applying on behalf of a real business, and authorized to act for that business. The site is not directed to anyone under 18 and is not for personal, family, or household financing.
You agree that the information you give us is true, current, and complete, and that you will tell us if something material changes while your file is open. Funding decisions are made on your file; inaccurate information can delay it, kill it, or unwind an offer already made. Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept any offer, and it does not obligate any funder to make one.
ONE APOLLO Capital sends text messages about your application and funding file: status updates, document requests, and replies to questions you send us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
By submitting an application you consent to be contacted about that application by phone, text message, and email at the numbers and addresses you gave us. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of obtaining financing. You can change your contact preferences at any time; the privacy policy explains how, and it also covers our recorded and AI-assisted phone lines.
We are compensated by the funding provider when a deal is funded. That compensation does not change these terms, and no commission rides on your rate: our reps are paid on deals funded, not on the rates charged.
Do not use the site or the service to submit false or fraudulent applications, to apply for anyone without their authority, to probe or disrupt our systems, to scrape or harvest data, or to do anything unlawful. We may refuse, suspend, or close any application or account involved in fraud or abuse, and we keep the identifiers we need to block repeat attempts.
The site, its text, design, graphics, and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose. Do not copy, republish, or resell our content without written permission. ONE APOLLO and ONE APOLLO Capital are trademarks of the ONE APOLLO organization.
The site and the service are provided as is and as available. We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular funding outcome will result from using it. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; for those questions, talk to your own advisors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ONE APOLLO Capital and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the site or the service. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim arising out of the site or the service is limited to one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of information you gave us that was false or that you had no authority to give, or your violation of these terms or of the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If we change these terms we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects an application you already submitted, we will tell you directly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
